Carina Moeller creates an intimate and authentic tango experience, both in Triangulo's classes and milongas. You feel like you've been welcomed into Carina's home; there's a great vibrancy to Triangulo and its dancers.-- Jay D.
Triangulo has one guided practica each week. It is beginner-friendly and often features a mini-lesson from one of our resident instructors touching upon a particular topic or technique that is appropriate for all levels. Our instructors are always happy to answer any tango-related questions you have and you do not need to bring a partner to come enjoy the practica.
Wednesday 9:30pm-11:30pm
$5 for Triangulo students who are registered for the current month and $8 for all others.
Refreshments and snacks will be provided!
FREE FOR STUDENTS AND FRIENDS: Once a month, the Wednesday practica has extended hours and becomes Triangulo’s HAUS PARTY Practica. Students are encouraged to bring friends or family who want to see them dance or may want to learn more about tango. The “HAUS PARTY” is usually the last Wednesday of the month.

Delve deeper into this rhythmical variation of tango as you focus on patterns and variations unique to milonga, including double time, traspie, and more. Our studio offers levels suitable for all dancers to take part in this joyous variation of tango. These classes will give you the tools to dance to this faster rhythm. You will learn the fundamentals of dancing to milonga (the rhythm) so you never have to sit out another tanda at a milonga (the social dancing event) again!
