The month of March is time for voleos and volcadas! Come for the voleos and refine those quick direction changes and the beautiful leg embellishments that accompany them (and yes, leaders perform these, too!). Stay for the volcadas and learn the secret behind those elegant and dramatic off-axis movements.
Guest teacher Ed Goytia, along with Carina, will be holding a special class on Tuesday, March 11th, in place of the regular intermediate class. They'll be covering Stops, Pauses and Endings -- moves that will add a sense of playfulness to your dance. The workshop is the same price as the regular class ($22). And don't stop there... stay for our Tuesday Milonga and indulge in complimentary empanadas and Malbec wine straight from Mendoza. Workshop students get in for only an extra $8 (or $6 if you bring a friend -- see our 2 for 1 admission special below!).
