tony's tempting mojitos

Ingredients:

• White Rum
• Mint Leaves
• Sugar
• 7 up (or Club Soda)
• a little bit of lemon or lime juice
• lots of ice

It's roughly 1 1/2 oz of the rum, 2 table spoons of sugar, 3 or 4 mint springs and the rest 7up with a dash of lemon or lime juice. In a highball glass. A lovely summer drink to sip by the veranda.

Points to consider:

• the mints leaves should be crushed to release the flavor
• put the sugar in first and mix well
