ken's kosmic krunchy peanut sauce

To being, you will need...

• 1/4 cup peanut butter (organic, of course)
• juice from 1/2 lime
• 2 shots of vodka
• spices: tabasco, tamari, cumin, garlic
• water

Blend or mix the peanut butter, lime juice, vodka, and spices (to taste).

Add water to desired consistency.

Now you need the garnish...

• 1/2 stalk chopped celery
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cranberries
• roasted red pepper strips

Serve with raw (or slightly steamed) veggies such as cauliflower.
