vincent's very-special-licious sesame noodles

For 1 pound of pasta, such as linguine

Sauce:

• 3/4 Cup Tahini
• 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
• 1 Tbsp Hot Chili Oil
• 1/2 Cup + 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
• 1/2 Cup + 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
• 1-1/2 Tbsp Sugar
• 1/2 Cup Oil (Vegetable, Soy or Corn)
• 2 Cloves Garlic, minced (big ones or little ones depending on how much you like garlic)

Boil pasta until done, drain and put in a pot of ice water. Stir until pasta is chilled and drain well. Toss with a little sesame oil to coat lightly and keep strands separated.

Blend sauce ingredients and toss with noodles just before serving.
