Studio Policy

We strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy for any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, you must call or email by 5 pm on the previous Saturday. No refunds for any Group or Private Classes.

• All private classes have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Otherwise you will be charged in full.

• Group class packages always start the beginning of the month and end at the end of the month. No tranfers to the following month, however if you miss a class, you can take an additional class within the month you siged up for. No refunds.

• All 5 session packages have a 3-month expiration

• All 10 session packages have a 6-month expiration

• Please note, If your private package expires, you will be charged the difference between your package rate and a single session in order to use the remaining sessions. All packages expire fully after 1 year from Purchase date.
